Artistic
The Artistic License is commonly associated with the Perl programming language.The license is designed to provide the copyright holder with a form of “artistic control” over the development of the software. It allows redistribution of the software in original or modified form for free or for a fee.
It does provide restrictions on how modified versions can be redistributed. These restrictions cover several common scenarios and are mostly oriented toward making certain that modified versions are not confused with the original version. The FSF recognizes the Artistic License as a free software license that is compatible with the GPL.
