ebXMLRR is implements the version 2.1 of the ebXML Registry specification. The project is fairly active and tracking right along with the specifications. One caveat is that ebXMLRR relies on a SQL-92-compliant JDBC database. Postgres is the recommended choice because the ebXMLRR developers do the majority of their testing with it.
