Integration and Testing

We’ve covered the many XML tools available, now we’re going to write some examples using those tools. The parser tests are mostly to demonstrate the different styles and design philosophies behind the various parsers. The Castor example shows how to use a more advanced Java-object-to-XML binding model. The JDBC example covers the common task of making legacy data available for interchange as XML. Finally, we will explore a pair of J2EE examples that cover using XML within the servlet layer and the EJB layer.
